Prospective parents are welcome to call the office to schedule a private tour and information meeting with the CDC Director at 256-859-1590 or email cdc@stmarkhsv.com. Enrollment is based on your child’s age, academic, social, and behavior development. Before a child can be admitted into the program, all forms must be completed and signed by the parents/guardians. An up-to-date immunization form must be on file prior to the child’s entrance and kept current at all times. A non-refundable registration fee is due prior to the child’s entrance. We accept children regardless of race, color, gender, religion, or creed.
